Lightweight Rack
I have two of these on two different bikes. Nice and lightweight. Easy to install. Fits our panniers just fine.
Light weight alloy rack that fits just fine on 700c wheels with disc brakes. Straightforward to fit as long as the bike has suitable threaded holes near the rear axle and another pair by the seatpost. Have used it on a four week fully loaded tour through France and it proved to be very stable.
Quality and aesthetics are good in my opinion. It is dark grey rather than black though. There are plenty of fittings and tools provided. Couldn't find a 6mm bolt in the kit for the bracket to seat stay cross brace lug (caliper brake mount).
I fitted the rack to a 26" Isla bike where a long bracket is needed to reach the shallow angled seat stays. However there is a choice of two brackets and the more flimsy central brake mounting bracket is nice and long for this situation. I tried the more sturdy bracket first that triangulates to the 2 seat stay rack lugs but the mounting holes did not have parallel mounting faces and the rack bracket took some persuasion to twist when tightening. The bracket mounting holes don't leave much material each side of the bolt hole which made me a little concerned. Overall very happy.
