All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from the UK/US/Canada now.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS £9.9

The service regions where we can currently ship directly from local warehouse are: UK, USA, and CA (Canada).

After you place your order, we will process and ship it within 24 hours. The cut-off time for daily orders is 18:00 p.m. (CST). The delivery time of your order = processing time + shipping time. 

Please note that international orders (excluding UK/USA/CA) may incur customs charges upon arrival.

If any products are out of stock, updates will be posted promptly on the LIVE LOG.

For orders to European regions, shipments are currently shipped from our UK warehouse via international express delivery. Our Germany warehouse will be available in August 2025, after which we will handle European shipments locally for faster delivery.

 

Tracking order

When you place an order with Roswheel, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your items are shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your package.

when your delivery is successfully completed, we will notify you via email.
