How to change your order
For orders that have not yet been shipped, you can contact us to make changes.
Information that can be changed:
Personal delivery information
Product size and model (need to be in stock)
Please contact us by email within 24 hours to modify.
For orders already dispatched, we cannot guarantee prompt adjustments to your order information. You may need to process a refund and place a new order.
After an order is placed, we do not automatically upgrade the shipping method. Once the order is confirmed, changing shipping methods will be unavailable.
Shipments cannot be combined or merged, even if multiple orders have been placed by the same customer and have not yet been dispatched.
