Guarantee

ROSWHEEL bike bags and accessories take pride in the products we make and guarantee to the original purchaser ("you") that all products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Guarantee Period (outlined below), subject to the following conditions:

Conditions for Guarantee Approval:

• You must purchase the product from a ROSWHEEL website, store, or authorized dealer.
• You must return the product to ROSWHEEL.
• You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with its care instructions.

If a defect occurs due to normal use during the Guarantee Period, we will, at our discretion, replace the defective product or part free of charge.

What’s Not Covered:

• Defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts.
• Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, or natural breakdown of colors/materials over time.
  
  

FIVE-YEAR GUARANTEE PERIOD
The following products are covered for five years from the date of purchase:

3 models of Tour racks

THREE-YEAR GUARANTEE PERIOD
All other products (excluding racks) are covered for three years from the date of purchase.

Limited edition or discontinued products will be replaced if possible, but availability is not guaranteed. If an identical replacement is unavailable, a similar/equivalent model or color will be provided.

Product designs may change between purchase and claim submission. Replacements may or may not reflect these updates.
