The service regions where we can currently ship directly from local warehouse are: UK, USA, Germany and CA (Canada).

After you place your order, we will process and ship it within 24 hours. The cut-off time for daily orders is 18:00 p.m. (CST). The delivery time of your order = processing time + shipping time. 

Please note that international orders (excluding UK/USA/DE/CA) may incur customs charges upon arrival.

If any products are out of stock, updates will be posted promptly on the LIVE LOG.

We sell and deliver to EU countries. For orders to European regions, we currently ship from our Germany warehouse. Our Germany warehouse is now operational, allowing us to handle European shipments locally and expedite delivery times.
