If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product within 30 days, provided it shows no signs of wear or use. However, we reserve the right to refuse returns if the product’s resale condition is compromised. If the product is in good condition with no issues, you will need to pay for the return shipping expenses.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or discoloured item, please contact us immediately to arrange a return.

We do not offer direct exchanges for completed online orders. If you need a different size or others, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Returns are only accepted for orders placed directly on the ROSWHEEL official website. For purchases made through third-party retailers, please return the product to the original point of purchase.

How to process a return


Please communicate with us in advance via email, providing your request and order number. We typically process requests within 24 hours.

  1. We will email you the return address for your region along with important return instructions.

  2. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

  3. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
